By using SaasGotchi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

SaasGotchi is a platform that gamifies SaaS building by creating a virtual character ("gotchi") that evolves based on your real product activity. The service is provided as-is and may change without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information. One account per person. Accounts found to be gaming the system (fake commits, inflated metrics) will be removed.

By default, your gotchi profile is public. You can make it private from your dashboard. Public profiles display your product name, founder handle, level, and stats you have chosen to share.

When you connect GitHub or GitLab, you grant us read-only access to fetch commit activity from your selected repository. We do not modify your repositories or access private code beyond what is necessary.

You may not use SaasGotchi to: impersonate others, manipulate metrics dishonestly, scrape or automate the service, or engage in any activity that disrupts other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

SaasGotchi is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
